Paula Best here, with your business tip of the day:

Does the business you’re growing have in place the proper support, to maximize business growth potential?

What does this mean?

Well, for some, having a network of friends to have lunches with, to bounce ideas off, is a good business support. For others, teleconferencing is a very good source for multiple people to listen to motivating speakers, without leaving the comfort of their home.

Whatever business you’re in, smart support is necessary.

So, the tip for today is, do you have the proper support and is it working for you?

If the answer is no, then it’s time to take a look at reasons why, and, perhaps, putting in place the tools and resources to make sure support exists, and is functioning for the benefit of your business growth.

Paula Best here, for your women’s business tip for today: business success happens when there is a system or a process in place.

Why not try this?

Step One: Invite

Simple, and yet, sometimes we forget: let’s invite people into our world. Let them know what we’re up to. Let them know in our email signature, let them know in casual conversations, and, of course, let them know in our marketing materials.

Step Two: Interact

Gone are the days when an ad in the Yellow Pages was enough. Women are uniquely positioned to interact and engage our prospects – anything related to business, whether it has to do with a potential sale or not, will involve engaging, interaction.

Step Three: Relationship Building

In this age of the internet, nobody wants to be “sold” on anything. There is more content and “stuff” out there for a consumer, to the point where it can be overwhelming.

To stand out from the crowd, a personal brand or brand message will really help out. In addition, the relationship must be the core. Not paying attention to relationships simply means sales will dwindle.

So, what have you got to loose? More sales? Additional income? Ladies, let’s get out there and try new things, and do what we do, better!

Whatever we are selling. Whatever we represent in the business world, let’s let people know what we’re up to, let’s interact, and let’s build relationships. It’s good business and it will lead to a pretty good life.

Women’s Health

Paula Best here.

Here’s your healthy tip for today: products we buy from the store may not be the best choice for our health because there may be all kinds of petroleum based ingredients in there.

How does this work?

The estrogens in our environment can get into our system through what we put on our bodies, and, if we decide to use petroleum based products on our body, then that may be an opportunity for some of those ingredients to get into our bodies.

Women, especially, have unique concerns for fertility.

So, the tip for today: we have choices what we put on our bodies, and there do exist companies that value safe, pure, and beneficial ingredients and results.

We just need to be vigilant in identifying those companies, and make a decision that we are worth committing to putting our spending dollars towards that which is good for us – and doesn’t work against us.

Paula Best here with your pure, safe, and beneficial tip for today: you would not want to put a preservative on your face, would you?

Store bought lotion, shampoo, and other personal care products can contain petroleum based ingredients – read the label!

Is that what we want? Petroleum based products?

Not me.

I feel better about my skin, about myself, about the environment – when I use pure, safe and beneficial personal care products.

We have options ladies and gentlemen! We just need to be vigilant in understanding that some companies offer better formulations, bottom line.

Paula Best here, Arbonne business growth entrepreneur. Here are your 3 best, quick tips for today:

  1. Goals, goals, goals

Believe it or not, the act of putting pen to paper and writing out our goals, is a very powerful exercise. I can’t tell you how many times this simple act has helped me get to where I wanted to go, fast.

  2. Always accountability

We truly are accountable for our success, our health, the actions we take every day – it has an impact on the bigger picture, our lives. Accountability is the catalyst for good change, and business needs us to be accountable. Let’s take responsibility for our choices, making the best choices, for our business, health, family, and life – everyday.

  3. Attitude of gratitude

Sounds like something we tell our kids, right? It’s just another example of the power of staying healthy, mentally, and being appreciative of the little things – it all adds up.

If you’re in business for yourself, maybe you’ve experienced this: living everyday can seem like spinning multiple plates: appointments, meetings, calls, follow up. Where is the time to take care of ourselves? The attitude of gratitude is a way of taking care of ourselves, it allows us to slow down! And take stock of all the is working and is good in our life. The attitude of gratitude does have a positive impact on business growth.

Many examples of great companies making great decisions about how sustainable can lead to profit.

Ben and Jerry’s comes to mind – community involvement, sustainability.

Most good companies recognize that unless you are green, you’re just not participating in the conversation, so ladies! (and men) let’s put our dollars toward companies that protect our health and environment, let’s go green.
